Delivery time: 5 to 7 days

Delivery to UK Mainland only.

Site conditions must allow practical access for safe delivery of the product to the location agreed. Note at this time of restricted travel and social distancing, we are only able to provide a delivery to an accessible point external to the premise. The access must be suitable to allow one person to make the delivery with sack truck, pallet trolley, or similar.

If there is no person at the property / delivery location to verify the delivery, the products will be retained by the delivery driver and returned to AGA. Subsequent repeat deliveries will be charged at £90 plus VAT.

Please inspect the product as soon as possible and advise any damage within 24 hours to appliancesales@agarangemaster.co.uk.

Please retain the external packaging, as this will be required should you wish to return the product.

Request to return product to be made with 14 days.  Requests to be made to appliancesales@agarangemaster.co.uk.

The product should be placed in the external packaging, in same condition received on delivery, and should be returned to AGA free of defect or damage. We would suggest a photographic record of the product condition is retained. On receipt and satisfactory inspection of returned product, we will issue the credit due within 5 working days.

Note – current restrictions will require the product to be placed external to the property, at the location of original delivery.
