Preheat for 5 minutes on the floor of the AGA roasting oven. When using an AGA Total Control please ensure your AGA Total Control Floor Grid (A5767) is in place.
Please note when using an AGA Total Control Cooker any recipe requiring over 30 minutes cooking time will require the use of the AGA Total Control Floor grid.

The AGA floor griddle features 3 layers of Teflon Platinum plus non stick coating.
Before first use, wipe clean
It is not recommended to heat the griddle when empty on a high heat. Always ensure the griddle contains sufficient fat or oil- or the food is adequately coated before placing in the hot oven.
We do not recommend pre heating in the roasting oven for periods of longer than 5 minutes at a time.
Do not plunge in to cold water after use
If using in a TC AGA, please ensure you place the AGA Floor Grid on the floor of the oven first
If using a traditional or DC model, place the griddle directly on to the floor of the oven, ensuring you have added required fat or liquid with the food
Please note: This griddle does not fit on the AGA oven runners.
