Due to its excellent heat retention properties and long-lasting durability, cast iron is ideal for searing meats and sealing in flavour. Extremely durable, our Cast Iron Sear Plate offers a non-stick surface for easy cooking and each side produces a unique searing mark.
This plate fits the JOE JR™ for searing techniques and fits in to the lower rack of the Classic Divide & Conquer rack for close to the coals searing.
