GOLD POPCORN, INDIVIDUAL SERVING
Place the gold circle of Bake-O-Glide onto the Simmering Plate and put on 1 tablespoon of popping corn onto the centre. Close the Simmering Plate lid and wait for the popping sounds, about 3-5 minutes. When the sound subsides open the lid and gather the popped corn in the Bake-O-Glide and pour into a ramekin. Scatter over some edible gold dust and serve whilst still warm.
GOLD POPCORN FOR A CROWD
Heat a tablespoon of rape seed oil in an AGA 3 litre stainless steel saucepan on the Simmering Plate. Add 50g popping corn kernels, cover with the lid and shake to distribute the oil. Place on the Boiling Plate until you hear the corn popping then move back to the Simmering Plate and continue to heat until the popping stops. Remove the pan from the heat and allow to stand for 30 seconds. Take off the lid and sprinkle over some edible gold dust, replace the lid and shake well. Tip into a bowl to serve.
