Christmas Tree Egg In Toast

Description
You will need:
- 1 piece of bread
- 1 egg
For the Garnish:
- Ground black pepper
- Chopped parsley or watercress
Method
Toast one side of the bread in the AGA Toaster on the Boiling Plate. Remove the bread from the toaster and cut out a Christmas tree shape from the centre. Place the bread, toasted side uppermost, on a circle of the gold Bake-O-Glide placed on the Simmering Plate. Break an egg into the Christmas tree shape hole and close the Simmering Plate lid. Cook for about 3 minutes, or until the egg is cooked to your liking. Garnish and enjoy!
